Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AiFuse in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using AiFuse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AiFuse.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use AiFuse to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

AiFuse provides access to third-party AI models. Responses may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biased content.

• AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content
• AiFuse does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for AI-generated outputs
• Usage rights for AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the upstream AI provider, which may change independently of these Terms

The AiFuse service, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by PlayIT Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your input content. Subject to the terms of each AI provider, you may use AI-generated outputs for lawful purposes.

AiFuse integrates with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and others), hosting providers, and payment processors. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per use
• Unused credits are non-refundable except as required by law, including applicable consumer protection laws such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which may provide a 14-day withdrawal right on digital purchases
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

We strive to keep AiFuse available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your use of AiFuse is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Certain data may be retained where required by law or legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AiFuse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayIT Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AiFuse.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayIT Pte. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of AiFuse or violation of these terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Notification of a dispute must be sent in writing. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore as described in the Governing Law section.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of AiFuse after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to AiFuse at any time, with or without cause, providing reasonable notice where practicable. In the event of termination, any remaining credit balance will be handled in accordance with Section 8. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, third-party service outages, internet disruptions, or government actions.
