Account information

When you create or use an AiFuse account, we process:

• Email address and authentication identifiers
• Account status and credit balance
• Login and session information

Usage and technical data

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Pages and features accessed
• Timestamps, logs, and diagnostic data

Chat and content data

• Prompts, messages, and other inputs
• AI-generated responses
• Conversation metadata (timestamps, model used, session identifiers)
• AiFuse staff do not read or review user message content
• Administrative tools display usage metadata only (model used, token count, cost, timestamps) — never message content
• Messages are stored solely to provide conversation history and context to the user
• When Incognito mode is enabled, the application does not submit messages for storage, so no conversation history is retained

We do not sell user content or use it for advertising.

To deliver AI functionality, AiFuse integrates with third-party service providers. When requests are made, providers may receive:

• User prompts and related content
• Technical information necessary to process requests
• Messages are transmitted to the AI provider that answers, solely to generate a response
• In Auto mode, a shortened copy of your message is also sent to a second, low-cost model — which may be from a different provider — to decide which model should answer
• AiFuse does not use message content for training, analytics, or any purpose beyond delivering the service

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policies. AiFuse selects providers intended for commercial use and limits data sharing to what is necessary.

When web search is enabled and a message is determined to require current information, the text of that message is sent to our search provider (Brave Search) to retrieve relevant results. No account information is shared with the search provider.

Some features work by having a model read part of your conversations and write a short piece of text that we then store and reuse. There are three:

• Memory — on by default. Derives a short set of durable facts about you from recent conversations, used to personalise later answers. You can view, edit and delete individual memories, or turn Memory off entirely, in your account settings.
• Project summaries — generated when you move a conversation into a project, so other conversations in that project have context.
• Conversation recaps — when a conversation grows longer than can be sent to the model in full, the earlier turns are summarised once so their substance is not lost. The recap is shown in the conversation and can be regenerated.

This generated text is stored on our servers and sent to the AI provider alongside your messages on later requests. It is produced by whichever model is cheapest at the time, which may be from any of our providers and is not necessarily the model you selected for that conversation.

Deletion follows what the text was derived from: a conversation recap is deleted with its conversation, and a project summary with its project or its conversation. Memory facts are the exception — they are not tied to a single conversation and remain until you delete them or close your account. Closing your account deletes all three.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. AiFuse does not store full payment card details.

AiFuse uses cookies that are strictly necessary to:

• Authenticate users
• Maintain secure sessions
• Protect against abuse

We also set one preference cookie to remember your chosen language.

AiFuse does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.

• AiFuse offers an Incognito mode in which the application does not submit your messages for storage
• When Incognito mode is active, your messages are processed in memory to generate a response and are not submitted to our history service, so no conversation record is created
• Message content is never written to our logs — in Incognito or any other mode
• With Incognito on, your request is sent without your memories, preferences, project context, or conversation history
• Usage metadata (model, cost, token count) is still recorded for billing purposes but contains no message content
• If you have web search switched on in Settings, it still runs during Incognito — that sends the current message to our search provider, but nothing from your history
• Incognito mode can be toggled on or off at any time from the chat interface

• Account information is retained while your account remains active and for a limited period after closure.
• Users can delete individual conversations or their entire chat history at any time
• Incognito conversations are not written to our history store, so there is no record to retrieve or restore
• Text generated from your conversations — Memory facts, project summaries and conversation recaps — is retained as described above and deleted with the conversation, project or account it belongs to
• Usage records (model, token count, cost) are retained for billing purposes but contain no message content
• Technical and security logs are retained for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority
