Account information

When you create or use an AiFuse account, we process:

• Email address and authentication identifiers
• Account status and credit balance
• Login and session information

Usage and technical data

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Pages and features accessed
• Timestamps, logs, and diagnostic data

Chat and content data

• Prompts, messages, and other inputs
• AI-generated responses
• Conversation metadata (timestamps, model used, session identifiers)
• AiFuse staff do not read, review, or access user message content
• Administrative tools display usage metadata only (model used, token count, cost, timestamps) — never message content
• Messages are stored solely to provide conversation history and context to the user
• When Incognito mode is enabled, messages are not stored and no conversation history is retained

We do not sell user content or use it for advertising.

• Provide and operate the AiFuse service
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Process AI requests and deliver responses
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
• Diagnose issues and improve performance
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use personal data for targeted advertising.

• Performance of a contract – to provide the AiFuse service
• Legitimate interests – to operate, secure, and improve the service
• Consent – where explicitly provided by you
• Legal obligations – accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance

To deliver AI functionality, AiFuse integrates with third-party service providers. When requests are made, providers may receive:

• User prompts and related content
• Technical information necessary to process requests
• Messages are transmitted to the selected AI provider solely to generate a response
• AiFuse does not use message content for training, analytics, or any purpose beyond delivering the service

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policies. AiFuse selects providers intended for commercial use and limits data sharing to what is necessary.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. AiFuse does not store full payment card details.

AiFuse uses cookies that are strictly necessary to:

• Authenticate users
• Maintain secure sessions
• Protect against abuse

AiFuse does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.

• AiFuse offers an Incognito mode that prevents messages from being stored
• When Incognito mode is active, prompts and responses are processed in memory only and are not written to any database or log
• Usage metadata (model, cost, token count) is still recorded for billing purposes but contains no message content
• Incognito mode can be toggled on or off at any time from the chat interface

• Account information is retained while your account remains active and for a limited period after closure.
• Users can delete individual conversations or their entire chat history at any time
• Incognito messages are never written to storage and cannot be recovered
• Usage records (model, token count, cost) are retained for billing purposes but contain no message content
• Technical and security logs are retained for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority
